1. Purpose

Gardio is an educational and behavioral coaching tool meant to help users better understand investing and make more considered decisions. By creating an account, you accept these terms.

2. Gardio does not provide financial advice

Gardio does not provide investment advice and is not a financial investment adviser, broker or investment services provider. All content, including the coach's replies, is provided for purely educational and informational purposes.

The coach never issues buy or sell orders and does not tell you what to do with your money: it asks questions and helps you think. You remain solely responsible for your investment decisions. For any important decision, consult a licensed professional.

3. Investment risk

Investing carries a risk of capital loss. Past performance is not a guide to future performance. No information provided by Gardio is a guarantee of any result.

4. Account

• The service is reserved for adults (18 and over).
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials safe.
• One account corresponds to a single person.

5. Free trial

Gardio offers a 14-day free trial with no payment card. The terms of the paid subscription (price, billing, cancellation, withdrawal right) will be set out in separate terms of sale, provided before any payment.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no abusive automated use, no resale of content, and no attempt to harm the security or proper functioning of Gardio.

7. Artificial intelligence

The coach is powered by artificial intelligence (provided by Anthropic). Its replies may contain inaccuracies or errors and should be verified. They are educational and never constitute personalised financial advice.

8. Intellectual property

Gardio's name, content and code are protected. You retain ownership of the data you provide; its processing is described in the privacy policy.

9. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability. To the extent permitted by law, Gardio cannot be held liable for investment decisions made by the user or for any resulting losses.

10. Termination

You may close your account and request deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@gardiocoach.com.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
